Daugherty, Contract Specialist, (717) 547-1641, extension 547 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Northeast Regional Contracting Office, Montgomery, Pennsylvania intends to make a single award of a firm-fixed price requirements type contract for the purchase of the following flavored soft drinks: Cola, Diet Cola, Lemon Lime, Iced Tea, Root Beer, Orange, Fruit Punch, Lemonade, and Ginger Ale. The unit of issue is Bag-In-A-Box (BIB). The Contractor shall provide all equipment for installation with all charges to be included in the price of the quotation. All equipment required by the Contractor, will remain the property of the Contractor. The period of performance is for one base year (12 months) with two (2) one-year options. Deliveries will be made to approximately ten (10) Federal Correctional Facilities located in the Northeast Region. Award will be made on an "All or None" basis. Deliveries shall not exceed two (2) working days from date of receipt of order or as agreed to by the Institution Contracting Officer.
