Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Airfield Support Services, which include; Airfield Manangement, Flight Dispatch, Cold Aircraft Refueling, Flight Following, and Air Traffic Control. Contract Period: 1 April 1999 through 31 March 2000 with three 1 year options. The Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) o/a 20 November 1998. A site visit will be scheduled two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. Written proposals will be due o/a 22 December 1998 and contractors shall provide oral presentations, as scheduled by the Government, starting the second week of January 1999. Contractor's proposals/oral presentations will be evaluated for past performance, previous experience, and technical/management capabilities. The proposed contract will be 100% set-aside for small business (SB). For this acquistion, the SB size standard is $5 Million in total revenues.
