The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeks to establish an indefinite quantity AVGAS supply/delivery contract (consisting of a base year and four option years) for our Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. The resultant contract will require deliveries of 100 Octane low lead AVGAS, to FWS bulk tanks, to be made withing "one working day" of telephonic request by refuge personnel. FWS AVGAS tanks are located at several sites in the refuge and at the airport in Kenai, Alaska. Since this acquisition is for a commercial item valued under the simplified acquistion thresh-hold, reduced time-frames shall apply to the synopsis posting period of this notice and the length of time the solicitation will "remain on the street".
