Services include recruitment, training and coordinating services of volunteers to act as victim advocates for sexual abuse victims. Includes interfacing with and addressing groups for people for recruitment purposes and as an advocate for the Navy Sexual Abuse Victim's program. Contractor personnel shall be on-call twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Services shall be performed on the Island of Oahu.
