The contractor shall provide unlimited service calls to maintain various pieces of equipment in proper operating condition except where the equipment requires repairs as a result of fire, flood, acts of god or abuse. The contractor will provide all required parts and glassware to maintain equipment at peak efficiency. Period of performance is one year with option provisions for four additional one year periods. The contractor shall furnish all, labor, tools and service manuals (if required) deemed necessary to effect these services.
