This is a combine synopsis and solicitation for Habitability Improvement Specifications project for repairs to crew lounge and wardroom lounge. A separate written solicitation will be issued upon request. Solicitation number REF N00244-99-Q-4295 applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circula 97-05 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The standard industrial code is 7399. This requirement consist of twelve (12) pages of Habitability Improvement Specifications, RFQ not included.
