Performing all sitework including excavation, trenching, and backfilling for the TRACON structure as well as grading for parking lots, streets and landscaping. 2. Construction of the TRACON facility including concrete footings and foundations, structural steel framing, architectural precast concrete wall panels, doors and windows and roof decking with insulation and membrane roof. 3. Installation of all HVAC equipment including boilers, chiller, air handlers, hot and chilled water piping, ductwork, and controls. 4. Installation of all sanitray plumbing lines including fixtures. 5. Installation of all electrical components including lights, conductors, receptables, switches, cable trays, raceways and conduits. 6. Installation of the power distribution system including government furnished items like switchgear, load bank, engine generator (E/G), remote radiator, and uninterruptable power supply (UPS) units.
