This is a special notice being used by Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC), management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, South Carolina. WSRC wishes to determine public interest in a computer-based training program that identifies the process for conducting a Job Hazard Analysis (based on OSHA Guideline 3071) including: identifying key job steps; the hazards and potential hazards of each job step; and the safe practices to eliminate or reduce the identified hazards. WSRC is seeking parties interested in licensing this training program and selling it as a commercial product.
