The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center of Las Vegas, Nevada intends to issue a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Commercial Items -- to ADAC Laboratories -- for the maintenance of ADAC Gamma Camera Systems : VERTEX PLUS MCD, AUTO PEGASYS 20 and GENESYS EPIC PEGASYS 20 including peripherals. No solicitation document exists currently. Warranty period is ending. Prospective contractors should submit written price and technical data within 20 days of this notice. Interested firms must clearly and convincingly document their capability to maintain the subject sustems in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) requirements, specifications, and criteria, including providing all necessary replacement parts (except consumables), and operating system software updates/upgrades at no additional cost tot he government. Must perform at least one preventive maintenance (PM) procedure per year at a cost sufficiently advantageious to the government. If noaffirmative written responses (fax is ok) are received by the due date, an award will be made to ADAC Laboratories.
