Leffler, 202-722-3511 This solicitation covers local telephone services to U.S. Soldiers' & Airmen's Home (USSAH) to be provided by "Contractor installed PRI lines" to "Government Furnished Fijitsi 9600XL (PBX)" for the period January 1, 1999 (or date of award) through December 31, 1999 (or a period of one year) with four (4) one-year option periods. Services must include portability of existing phone numbers and must be able to provide DIDs. There will be approximately 600 business lines (currently Centrex) and up to 1300 resident lines (currently POTS). Lines must connect to FTS 2000 for Long Distance Services.
