Annual consumption is estimated at 800 acre-feet. Recycled water supply must provide a continuous, positive pressure to multiple delivery points through a contractor (SAWS) constructed, owned, operated, and maintained distribution system. Water systems separation and protection shall be in accordance with Texas Administrative Code Title 30, chapters 210 and 290 et seq, and any local applicable codes. Minimum recycled water quality standards must be in full compliance with parameters established by the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (TNRCC) for Type I usage. The SIC code is 4941.
