Construct a new reinforced concrete handicapped ramp and exit door on the north side of the National Marine Fisheries Service Aquarium Building in Woods Hole, MA. The project also includes relocating an existing prefabricated concrete chemical storage building onto a new concrete pad, minor electrical and piping modifications associated with the new exit door, and an asphalt overlay of a portion of the parking lot at the termination of the new handicapped ramp. The performance period is 45 days after Notice to Proceed. Place of performance is the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Marine Fisheries Service, Woods Hole, MA. The Government estimate for this work is between $25,000 and $100,000. A Payment Bond is required. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
