The project has a base bid consisting of all labor, material, and equipment necessary for all work associated with the construction from manhole 9A to manhole 13 and the construction from manhole 16 to Bldg. 5. Option 1 includes the construction from manhole 15 to manhole 17, including construction associated with manhole 16. Option 2 includes all work associated with the construction from manhole 22 to Buildings 18 and 20. The order of magnitude for the procurement is $1M to $5M and the effort shall be completed within 300 calendar days after notice to proceed. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1711 and 7.0M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFO is on or about 15 NOV 1998 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about 16 DEC 1998. There is a NONREFUNDBLE charge of $50.00 per set, payable by Cashiers Check or Money Order ONLY to US Treasury. Faxed requests will not be honored.
