It includes, but is not limited to, the daily operation and management of the F.E. Warren AFB Housing Management Office, Furnishing Management Office, and Housing Maintenance functions. The contractor shall provide management oversight and work force skills to perform all functions identified in this acquisition. Contractor personnel will be responsible for Referral Services, assisting DOD personnel in finding community housing, assignment and termination of Government housing, management functions of the furnishing warehouse, and dormitory reporting requirements. The contractor will be responsible for minor quarters maintenance including appliance repair and/or removal and installation, and change of occupancy cleaning/maintenance. The contractor will also perform maintenance of records, customer service, and training as required. The acquisition for Housing Management Office and Furnishing Management Office is being accomplished as a direct conversion in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. This acquisition has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 8744 with a size standard of $20 million.
