The District plans to issue a solicitation for the maintenance, repair, improvement and operation of building components, surfaces, equipment, systems and appurtenances at all facilities and ground at Fort Riley, Kansas, except for commercial facilities and grounds, Unified School District 475 facilities and grounds, family housing and billeting quarters and grounds, MEDDAC/DENTAC facilities and grounds and building 7210 and 8073 energy plants and grounds. Plant operations include water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plants (3), cemetery operations and maintenance and dig safe program operations. The ongoing occupation of buildings requires continuous scheduled and on demand maintenance, repair, inspection and pest control. As part of this effort, a call desk, for the structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and civil aspects of facilities, is necessary. This solicitation will only be available on CD ROM.
