The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA requires base wide custodial services. These Services include but are not limited to basic cleaning services (floor maintenance, trash and recycle material removal, interior glass/mirror cleaning, drinking fountain cleaning, stairway cleaning, carpet vacuuming, general spot cleaning, common area dusting, basic restroom/locker room cleaning services (cleaning and disinfecting,showers, toilet bowl and urinal cleaning/de-scaling, floor cleaning, restroom and breakroom re-supplying. Period cleaning services, emergency, special events cleaning or special carpet shampooing. Child Development Center (security clearance will be required for workers in the Child Development Center). Other areas include high visibility buildings, i.e., Youth and Fitness Centers. It is estimated that the total square feet to be cleaned is approximately 21.1M (approximately 185 facilities) per year. Resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Award Fee, "Variation in Workload" provisions. Performance period is a Basic Year and 4 Option Years.
