NASA Research Announcement (NRA): The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is interested in receiving proposals for basic experimental and theoretical research using microgravity to advance scientific knowledge and technology in fluid physics, including fluid dynamics and heat/mass transfer of relevance to microgravity research. In addition, proposals are sought to provide a fundamental understanding of physical and chemical processes related to space exploration and extraterrestrial environments, such as local resource utilization, bio-fluids and spacecraft and life support systems. This solicitation is open to all categories of U.S and foreign governmental and private sector organizations, agencies, and institutions. This solicitation will be open for the period of November 23, 1998 through March 2, 1999. Proposal due date is March 2, 1999.
