The service shall cover DID and DOD trunks, 54 business electronic certification system, alternate wiring for 24 dial tone lines (dso) and miscellaneous charges for public safety act surcharges, toll charges and local calling. Services will being on October 1, 1998 and end on September 30, 1999. Contractors with the capability to provide the required services shall submit a technical capability proposal.
