This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to obtain the services necessary to update the HIV/AIDS Bureau's State Profiles or database tables for the Ryan White AIDS Resource Emergency Act of 1995. In the performance of this contract the contractor shall conduct database refinement, produce a maintenance guide, collect data, enter data, state mapping services, etc. The period of performance for this project is two months. The NASTAD, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
