THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE SYNOPSIS FOR REHABILITATION OF FIRE PROTECTION AND DOMESTIC WATER PIPING SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. The purpose of this amendment is to notify all potential offerors there is a NONREFUNDABLE charge of $50.00 per set, payable by Cashiers Check or Money Order ONLY made payable to US Treasury. Corporate checks will not be accepted, and will be returned to any offeror submitting one. Drawings will be available from the Bid Distribution Office (301) 286-7975.
