Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to construct approximately 3,200 Square Foot Flightline Kitchen at Nellis AFB NV. Work Includes but is not limited to the following: grading and paving; new curbs; new domestic and fire water, gas, sanitary line, and communication line servces; masonry and steel framed structure with standing seam metal roof; interior walls, doors, finishes, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, electrical fixtures, power, plumbing, mechanical equipment, exhaust venting and grease interceptor; and installing normal kitchen equipment (e.g., dishwasher, oven, cash register, etc.). Additional items which may be required include providing a walk-in refrigerator and freezer and providing an upgraded grease interceptor. Performance time is 200 calendar days. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 with a performance period of 200 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 million.
