The contractor shall provide all required appurtenances, refrigerant, and start up by the manufacturer. Installation of the units will involve moving the units from storage in Building 10 at the Clifton Road Campus to Building 3. Installation of the condenser units will involve relocating the abandoned in place units from the exterior of Building 1E at the Clifton Road Campus to the exterior of Building 3. The contractor shall provide concrete equipment pads and penetrations into Building 3. The project also consists of removal of existing electrical feeder conductors, minor raceway work, installation of a government furnished 800 amp distribution panel board, installation of large feeder cables, rework of existing load feeders, and providing power to the AHU s and condenser units.
