99 -- OPTICAL MEMORY CARD STOCK POC Robert Richards, 202/514-4573 The Immigartion and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to purchase one million additional optical memory cards for the INS Integrated Card Production Systems, via a commercial item acquisition on a sole source basis to Information Spectrum, Inc. (ISI). ISI is the only vendor who can provide cards that are DELA formatted optical memory cards and have the identical artwork and photomask to replicate the form, fit and function of the current INS Permanent Resident Alian and State Department Laser Visa cards. ISI is the only vendor who can deliver the one million cards to INS with 60 to 90 days of award. Interested vendors must respond to INS within three (3) calendar days of the publication of this announcement, and must provide evidence that they can provide this exact optical memory card.
