The Defense Threat Reduction Agency has a requirement for scanning documents into Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) images and converting the TIFF files into Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) files in support of the DARE data population effort. The successful contractor shall, at a minimum, convert 250,000 classified document pages into electronic format and deliver the electronic files to the DARE DEC in Albuquerque, NM on Compact Disk Recordables (CD-Rs). The documents may be classified up to, but will not exceed the classification level of SECRET (RD, CNWDI). The contemplated period of performance is 12 months. The security clearance level for this procurement is SECRET. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be issued via the world wide web. This solicitation will be issued only on DTRA's www "home page" instituting acquisition streamline procedures.
