Lucas, Contracting Officer, 907/384-7105 (Site Code DAPC49) Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, tools, equipment, transportation, software, hardware, materials, programing and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) detailed in the specifications to bring the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) into the year 2000 (Y2K) compliance, repair of Remote Terminals Units (RTUs) and repair of communications circuit between the WTP, Building 28008, and the Power Plant, Fort Richardson, Alaska. The work shall include, but not be limited to the following: provide, install, and make operational CITECT SCADA software on the present Water Treatment Plant workstations, RTUs and communications infrastructure, provide necessary hardware for connecting the Arrow 2000 Software to the CITECT Software, engineer influent valve control station, so as to remove the present obsolete Honeywell DGP from the existing system, provide operator and maintenance classes for exclusive hands on training for Department of Public Works personnel.
