Kenndey Special Warfare Center and School. Services are to be provided for the period 1 July 1999 through 30 June 2000 with four (4) one-year option periods. Instructional Services to be performed by an accredited educational institution at the graduate level. The Masters Degree program shall be in International Studies or a related field. The Masters Degree Program will be completed with a year. Graduate students will meet the academic standards of the educational institution for entrance into the graduate program. The Regional Studies Instructions shall be in Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America areas. The professors for the Masters Program shall have been awarded a Ph.D from an accredited academic institution in their respective area of expertise (International Relations, International Studies, Political Science, History, International Economics, International Law, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, etc.) The Professors for the Regional Studies Seminar Program shall have a minimum of a Masters Degree, Ph.D. being highly desired, in an area of expertise relating to International Studies. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisiton is 8221. This acquisition is unrestricted except for the requirement to be fully accredited at the graduate level.
