Z -- CONSTRUCT RIDING ARENA SOL F3260599R0003 POC Sheryl Scheer (701) 7474-5305 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary for the removal of existing building structures, construct three metal structures at the horse stable facilities. The following will be considered minimum size requirement of the proposed facilities; 1) 100' x 60' indoor riding arena, 2) 30' x 90' horse shelter/equipment storage barn, and 3) 12' x 24' quarantine shelter. All facilities will be constructed to meet the severe weather climates of this area to include substantial snow loads (Roof Structures) and the facility must be designed/constructed to with stand frost heave (6' Frost Depth) and all other work in strict accordance with the Specifications and Drawings for Project JFSD 970084. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 AND $250,000. This action is being issued unrestricted.
