On a sole source basis to Martin-Baker Aircraft (MBA) Company Ltd., of Higher Denham, Middlesex, England, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a class of orders against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-1120 for the following supplies and services in support of the Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seat (NACES): engineering, testing, manufacturing, and installation of change kits for end-items, change kits for support equipment, change kits for spare and repair parts, support equipment, spare and repair parts, services and materials necessary to bring NACES Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) up to standard, and software support; repair of repairables (ROR) for the U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers; contractor support services; technical manuals; provisioning technical documentation; training; engineering studies and investigations; integrated logistics support (ILS); engineering drawings, associated lists and related data; Operations Security Program (OPSEC); interim support materials; and data to support NACES for the F-14D. F/A-18, and T-45 aircraft. MBA is the designer, developer and the sole manufacturer of NACES and is the only known source possessing the requisite experience to support these requirements within the time constraints of the U.S. Navy.
