The requirement for this acquisition is as follows: One 2048 Kbit/s digital international circuit between Warsaw, Poland and Brunssum/AFCENT, Netherlands. The circuit shall be terminated in NATO owned multiplex equipment. It should be noted that the provider should be already in business with international circuits due to the limited timeframe available for implementation.
