NASA Lewis Research Center is interested in entering into non-reimbursable space act agreements with HALL thruster manufactures to evaluate the 100W class of Xenon Hall thrusters. NASA Lewis is interested in obtaining two 100W class Hall thrusters free of charge from each interested thruster manufacturer. In return, NASA is offering to performance test one of each manufacturer's thruster and if a minimum, mutually agreed upon, performance metric is met NASA will life test the second thruster to failure.
