C -- DESIGN FIRE SPRINKLE BUILDING 77 SOL 531-08-99 DUE 113098 POC Carol Grant Barr, (208) 422-1131 Provide services of a fire sprinkler engineer to design project 531-99-102, Fire Sprinkle B.77. This project will provide for a fully sprinkled Building 77. At the present time the building is only partially sprinkled. The design of this project will include a thorough review of existing system to determine what changes and additions are required to completely sprinkle the building in accordance with current NFPA and VA codes. A separate zone valve, tamper switch and flow switch will be for required for each floor. Any fire alarm work made necessary by changes to the fire sprinkler system or required to bring the system into compliance with current codes will also be included in the design. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Qualified firms are invited to submit SF 254s and SF 255s as per Numbered Note 24 to include all relevant information regarding past projects simular to this project.
