Butler, Small Purchasing Chief, (202) 219-6451 U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Worker's Compensation, is soliciting proposals from vendors to supply the Department with a database of physicians holding board certification with a primary or secondary specialty in: Allergy/Immunology,Dermatology, Neurology,Otolaryngology,Cardiology,Pulmonology,Orthopedic Surgery,Psychiatry,Neurosurgery,Gastroenterology,Occupational Medicine,Cardiovascular Surgery,Vascular Surgery,Thoracic surgery, Hand Surgery,Physical Medicine, Rheumatology, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology,Infectious Diseases, Internak Medicine, Urology, Oral Surgery and Podiatry. The vendor will take the Department's existing physician database and will add physicians in the specialty where there are none. As necessary the contractor will match their tape against the Department's existing physican database and will flag names that are "matches".
