The procurement will be issued as a total small-business set-aside under SIC code 8744 (Note 1). Proposal will be solicited on a cost-plus-incentive fee basis. The procurement will provide the following services: logistics (including government property management, shipping and receiving, instrument inspection and calibration, supplies management, personnel transportation, package and mail delivery, and vehicle maintenance), visual imaging technology services, technical information services (including technical library services and technical publishing), copying and printing, and clerical and administrative services. (Previously, this procurement also included custodial and roads & grounds services.) It is planned that the contract will be for a two-year base period with options for up to three additional years. An industry briefing will be held at Lewis Research Center on Tuesday, December 15th, from 9:00am -- 3:30pm.
