This is a market survey to locate sources capable of performing all services, materials, supplies, facilities, supervision, labor, and equipment, except those specified as Government In Nature or Government Furnished, to perform public works functions at Fort Hood, Texas for the approximate period of 1 May 2000 through 30 April 2001, with 4 one year option periods. This requirement is mandated by OMB Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. Contractor work and responsibility shall include all Contractor planning, programming, administration, management, and execution necessary to provide the work specified in the solicitation. The Contractor shall conduct the work in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, codes, and directives to include applicable publications. The Contractor shall produce, provide, and maintain accurate and complete records, files, and libraries of documents to include Federal, State, Local, and industry regulations, codes, laws, technical manuals, and manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, which are necessary and are related to the function which are being performed. The Contractor shall compile historical data, prepare required reports, and submit information as specified by Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLS) presented in the contract. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide labor, materials, supervision, tools, transportation, and management to operate, maintain, repair, and construct real property facilities. They shall also provide all DPW support services contained in the solicitation. All work required in the solicitation will be classified as operations, services, repair, maintenance, and minor constructions or alterations. The anticipated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this action is 8744, with a size standard of $20 million.
