Prospective offerors who have the demonstrated ability & expertise to provide this training are invited to submit, in writing, complete information on the program (literature describing the program, approach to training, etc.), any supplies/accessories required or provided, past performance references and any other pertinent data which would demonstrate that your training program would meet the government requirements.
