Facility must be located in the following radius and be within a reasonable walking distance of the United Nations Building and of a subway entrance: between Second and Eighth Avenues North and South and between 42nd and 54th Streets East and West. Bids will be evaluated on the following order of priority of dates: 5-9 Oct 1999; 2-6 Oct 1999; 21-25 Sep 1999 and 28 Sep -- 2 Oct 1999. Only one set of dates will be awarded and all rooms must be located within one hotel. 348 Single rooms and 39 Double rooms are needed for the nights of Day 2,3 and 4.
