Z -- JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) SOL DAKF29-99-B-0002 DUE 010499 POC Contract Specialist Annemarie Walsh (Site Code DAKF29) Contractor to perform small to medium size general construction requirements in the following listing of states for the period of 1 year (1 March 1999 through 28 February 2000) with four one year option periods. States include Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration and new construction amy include all construction disciplines. Each project to be negotiated with the contractor by the Government with an individual delivery order issued for each project. A negotiated scope of work for each delivery order will provide specific construction requirements. Construction specification and a Unit Price Book will determine overall construction requirements for the contract. The predetermined unit prices included in the Unit Price Book will be used by the contractor as the cost for work to be performed. This is an Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum ceiling of $300,000.00 and a maximum ceiling of $5,000,000.00 for each of the performance periods. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) firms serviced by the Small Business Adminstration (Region 4) offices located in the eight states cited above.
