requirement for engineering services, training and ancillary components
for the Integrated Power System ship propulsion motor. This was
synopsized previously on 5 June 1998. The engineering services required
are revised from five thousand to twenty thousand man-hours. It is
planned to award to Cegelec Projects, Ltd., Rugby, England,
subcontractor to the successful offeror under a past competition for
Integrated Power System Development and developer of the representative
