Requirements contract on an as-needed basis for computer-aided drafting and design services compatible with an AutoCAD Release 14 and Civil/Survey Release 8 graphics system. Services will primarily be used to provide drafting support in preparing base maps and engineering drawings for the construction of facilities on National Wildlife Refuges and National Fish Hatcheries. Contract shall run from approximately March 1, 1999 through February 28, 2000 with options to renew for three years. The total annual fee for this contract will not exceed $30,000.00 and individual work orders shall not exceed $10,000.00. Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria listed in order of importance: (1) Specialized experience with the type of services required (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, mapping, etc.), (2) Compatibility of the firm's system with the exisiting U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service AutoCAD and Civil/Survey graphical systems, located in Portland, Oregon, (3) Past record of performance on similar work performed for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, other federal, state and/or local government agencies, and private agencies with respect to control of costs, quality of work and ability to meet schedules, (4) The capacity of the firm to perform varying work requirements (i.e., size of firm, number of CADD stations, etc.) and (5) Location of the firm's system.
