Services shall include software updates, user Group Support, 24 hour telephone support, semi annual preventive maintenance inspections and general maintenance and repair. Accessment of liquidated damages shall be a part of the contract. The contract term shall be for a base period from date of award thru September 30, 1999 plus four option years. The solicitation shall be issued in the commerical item format as a Request for Proposals with specific evaluation factors listed in the solicitation.
