Meister, President, Corporate University Exchange, Inc., 1120 Avenue of Americas, New York, NY 10036, to provide consulting services for seven (7) on-site IRS Board of Directors meetings. The meetings will be held in Washington, D.C. Services will include critique, recommendations, and technical assistance in designing and implementing a world-class IRS Education governance system and consulting on education related actions and plans. This involves reviewing our current governance system, defining objectives, roles and responsibilities, and consulting and advising on Board actions. In addition, pre-meeting reading and follow-up activities for the IRS Board of Directors meetings is required. Meetings will be held approximately every six-weeks throughout FY 99. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 15 days from published date of this annoucement. No solicitations will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Evaluation/award will be based on the lowest price to the government.
