SOL HRSA-240-MCHB-5(9) POC Suzanne Stinson 301-443-5130 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Health Systems Research (HSR), 2021 L Street, NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC 20036, for "Training and Technical Assistance in the Intuitive/People Oriented Skills area to local and State Government Agencies and/or their delegate agencies in direct support of their efforts to build locally based comprehensive systems of care for all mothers, infants, children and their families." Based on unique capabilities that HSR has developed performing under related HRSA requirements, they are the only organization which can perform the complex work that is required for this proposed acquisition. The purpose of the contract is to help develop comprehensive systems of quality care in the community, in follow-up to the momentum established at the National Conference on Community Systems Building and Services Integration, and, to strengthen and build upon the relationship developed between HRSA and the Health Care Financing Agency (HCFA), through their team work in developing the legislation for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
