The training would consist of initial, refresher and advanced courses, all of which the contractor would provide at its own facilities with its own simulator. The training would involve both classroom and "in the cockpit" instruction. SIC Code is 8299. Qualifications must be received no later than 3:00 PM CST, 20 Nov 98.
