This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A) Solicitation F41612-99-T0091 is being issued as a request for quote. B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-08. C) This is 100 percent set-aside for small business. SIC Code: 4212. Size Standard: $18.5M. D) Line Item 0001 -- Provide moving services to move office furniture, office equipment, test equipment, office supplies, decorations, and other property used by Lockheed Martin Logistics Management. Movement of items from various rooms in bldg 2001 to various rooms in bldg 2320. Contractor is required to pack and unpack all non-personal items. The MOC (Maintenance Operations Control) is required to be relocated in its entirety first. The contractor will be notified at least five workdays in advance of required move date and must perform the move within three workdays. Line Item 0002 -- Moving services to move office furniture, office equipment, test equipment, office supplies, decorations, and other non-personal property from various rooms in bldg 862 to various rooms in bldg 2320. Packing/unpacking of items is also required. Line Item 0003 -- Moving services to move heavy Nautilus equipment from storage in bldg 2320 to a specified location in bldg 2320. Items are cumbersome and heavy and packing/crating is not practical. Line Item 0004 -- Provide moving services to move furniture, office equipment, supplies, decorations, and personal effects and other property used by the NATO Senior National Representative (SNR), from bldg 2001 and temporary storage trailer into various rooms in bldg 2320. The Resource Management Office, prior to movement beginning, will provide thecontractor with five workdays' notice. Contractors are required to complete Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and present the representations and certifications with their cost proposal.
