This is a formally negotiated procurement requiring submission of a technical and business proposal. Contract time is estimated to be 58 and 60 calendar days respectively. Work is estimated to start on May 12, 1999. Proposals are due January 13, 1999. The Government has the option to renew the contract for 2 additional one year periods.
