Origin with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX. All 30 assets shall be delivered to Red River Army Depot 90 days after receipt of order. This part is suitable to acquire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1). The proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the authority cited states only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1.
