Reynolds, 301-227-7826 IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii) and (iii), the Government intends to procure commercial software maintenance agreements on a sole source basis from Cambridge Research Associates. The procurement includes the following: PowerScene Maintenance Warranty. Each warranty provides up to 150 hours of direct services and support. The period of performance for this agreement will be from 1 September 1998 through 31 August 1999. Award of any other source would result in duplication of costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
