Plans/specifications will include: demolition/provide for any and all relocated and new equipment, fixtures and services/electrical -- new power panel, feeder and distribution, emergency power, normal power, general lighting and task-specific lighting, fire protection, communication data systems, intercom etc./plumbing -- hot/cold re-circulating water, waste vent systems/mechanical and HVAC -- steam condensate, duct systems, temperature humidity controls, equipment assemblies, air system controls, exhaust, etc./modifications and extensions to existing utilities to accommodate new arrangement and equipment/general upgrade to all finishes, etc. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the Scope of Work. NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION IS GEOGRAPHICALLY LIMITED TO FIRMS LOCATED WITHIN A 75 MILE RADIUS OF THE VAWNYHS-BUFFALO, NY. This acquisition is set-aside for emerging small business under SIC 8712-Architectural Services. An emerging small business is defined as a business whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard that applies to the SIC code assigned. The numerical size standard for SIC 8712 is $2.5 million. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
