The Government intends to issue a purchase order to provide maintenance/repair service for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for Elkhorn NE communication detachment. The contractor shall provide maintenance on HVAC/R mechanical equipment installed at the Elkhorn Communication Detachment in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and standard commercial practices. The building heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, associated valves, controls, pumps and piping are examples of typical equipment requiring maintenance/repair services. Other mechanical equipment includes air compressors, exhaust, and package HVAC/R systems.
