R -- DEVELOPMENT AND FACILITATION OF GOVERNMENT-CONTRACTOR PARTNERING WORKSHOPS SOL DACA87-99-R-0003 DUE 121798 POC Contract Specialist Kathy Wallace (256) 895-1145 (Site Code DACA87) The U.S. Army Engineering & Support Center, Huntsville, Alabama, has a requirement to procure the services of a facilitator for development and facilitation of new and refresher partnering workshop(s). The partnering workshops seek to enhance an environment whereby Government personnel from the agencies involved jointly reaffirm goals, objectives and management processes that mutually benefit all parties and for efficient and harmonious execution of the Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program (CSDP), the Russian Chemical Threat Reduction Program (CTRP) and Non-Stockpile Chemical Material (NSCM) Program, but not limited to these programs. Government contractors for these programs may participate in these workshop(s). An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract with firm-fixed price delivery orders will be issued. The period of performance/place of performance will be specified in each delivery order. Issuance of delivery orders will normally be 30 days prior to the start of the workshops. The base year and four one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Evaluation will be based on past performance. Past performance evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 17 Dec 1998.
